Return Process

  Visit our online return portal within 14 days of delivery and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your dress in its original box.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring that the return tracking number is scanned to activate your return status.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality assurance team inspects the garment to ensure it is in original condition, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
